Crafting the Soy Cowboy Experience

Signature Millwork was delighted to provide the woodwork for recently opened Soy Cowboy, a distinguished Pan-Asian restaurant nestled within the $550 million Lowe’s Arlington Hotel. The stunning interior, designed by ICRAVE of New York (codesigner of the interior of Las Vegas’s Sphere) complements the exceptional culinary experience brought to life by Houston-based restaurateur Benjamin Berg of Berg Hospitality Group. Located in the heart of Arlington’s sports entertainment district, Soy Cowboy is a premier dining destination and a testament to the power of design to elevate a culinary experience.

Signature Millwork transformed the restaurant’s interior into a warm and inviting space through the masterful use of plain slice walnut. Our skilled artisans crafted intricate ceilings, paneling, coffers, and furniture fixtures as well as sleek columns that serve as architectural focal points. The rich, natural tones of the walnut create an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.

To add visual interest, we incorporated painted trellis and bars framed in stone. This interplay of textures and materials brings depth and dimension to the space. The end result is a harmonious blend of form and function that enhances the overall dining experience at Soy Cowboy.
